Potatoes and leeks make a good combination for a soup. The addition of cheese will replace the cream or milk that is usually added to the soup. It should taste just perfect.

Leeks, curry and soft cheese soup

 3 leeks, minced
 2 potatoes, minced
 1 onion, minced
 3 portions of individual wrap soft cheese
 750 ml of vegetable broth
 1 tbsp curry

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion and leeks

Add the potatoes and broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of cooking, add the cheese and curry

Mix
