This is an easy and quick recipe of a low calorie meal. It consists of leeks and potatoes cover with a sauce made of cream and chives. A few additional spices are welcome to flavor the dish.

Leeks and potatoes with cream

 4 leek whites in rings
 4 diced potatoes
 1 minced onion
 2 minced garlic cloves
 1 egg yolk
 2 tbsp light fresh cream
 1 cube poultry bouillon diluted in 20 cl water
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Chives
 Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour the oil into the bowl

Fry the onion, leeks, and potatoes

Stop the mode browning

Pour the chicken broth into the bowl and mix

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

Meanwhile prepare the cream: Mix the fresh cream, egg yolk, and chives

Finally pour over the leeks/potatoes
