This is another version of leeks and potatoes soup. In that case, the vegetables will simply be mixed up with cream. It will be particularly good on a cold day.

1 onion, minced

1 kg of frozen leeks in rings

6 potatoes, cut into rings

1.50 l of water

1 cup of cream

Brown the onions

Add the leeks

Add the potatoes and water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Mix with the cream
