This is a good recipe for the summer when there are a lot of vegetables available. It consists of tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and cheese for the most part. It will be a refreshing dish to share with your friends.

Layers of vegetables and mozarella

 200 g tomatoes cut into thin slices
 200 g eggplants cut into thin slices
 200 g zucchinis cut into thin slices
 165 g mozzarella, sliced
 20 mint leaves, chopped
 1 tbsp olive oil
  Salt, pepper

Pour 20 cl of water into the tank

Oil the steam basket

Place it in the tank

Fill it with vegetables, mozzarella, and mint

Start cooking under pressure during 10 minutes
