This is an easy and very quick recipe to prepare in the summer when you have an abundance of zucchinis in the garden. You may also use some fresh tomatoes to make your tomato sauce if you have time.

Lasagna and vegetables

 200 g fresh lasagna
 300 ml tomato sauce (fresh or cooked as desired)
 200 ml slightly liquid bechamel sauce
 300 g mozzarella cheese in slices
 3 zucchinis in slices

In the instant pot bowl, alternate layers of tomatoes, zucchini, mozzarella and lasagna

Finish with tomato sauce and cover with bechamel sauce

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 5min

At the end of cooking, sprinkle with parmesan cheese
