Here is a nice recipe to prepare for your guest next time they are coming. It consists of lambs with vegetables, dry apricots to give it a special taste and a lot of spices.

 1.50 kg lamb shoulder with bone in cubes
 2 eggplants in pieces
 3 carrots in slices
 2 small zucchinis in pieces
 12 dried apricots
 1 tbsp ginger
 1 tbsp cumin
 1 tbsp saffron
 1 tsp cinnamon
 2 onions, minced
 Salt, pepper
 500 ml water

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the lamb with the onion

Add all the spices, salt, pepper, apricots, and vegetables

Add 50cl water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode for 15min
