What really makes these dish good are the spices added to the preparation. It comes out tasting wonderful. In the following recipe, the meat will be mixed up with vegetables and plenty of spices.

Lamb tajine with 5 spices

 500 g lamb in pieces
 500 g green beans
 4 potatoes in quarters
 2 large tomatoes incubes
 1 onion, minced
 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
 4 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp turmeric
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tbsp ginger
 ½ tbsp of harissa
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the onions, garlic, and lamb in oil for 5min

Add all the spices, salt, and pepper

Add the tomatoes

Cover with water to the line

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 15min

At the end of cooking, add the vegetables and put the instant pot back in pressure cooking 15min more

At the end of cooking, open the instant pot and switch to brown mode to reduce the sauce
