Lamb stew

Stew can be made with any type of meat. In that preparation, lamb is used with carrots and mushrooms. Spices and herbs will enhance the dish nicely.

 1 kg lamb stew
 1 minced onion
 1 minced clove of garlic
 1 cup of white wine
 200 ml water with a cube of beef bouillon
 2 carrots in slices
 fresh mushrooms in slices
 Salt, pepper
 Provence herbs
 1 tbsp flour

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions in olive oil

Add the lamb pieces

Let it brown

Add the carrots

Sprinkle with flour

Add the broth and white wine

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 20min

At the end of cooking add the mushrooms

Return the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min
