Nothing taste better that a good stew on a winter day when snow is covering the ground. Of course, you can put about anything in a stew and it will always taste good. Try that sturdy stew with some nice tasty mint in it.

 1 leg of lamb
 2 carrots
 1 onion
 A few mint leaves
 250 ml white wine
 250 ml water
 Salt and pepper
 ½ lemon
 cream

Cut small pieces of lamb

Put in the instant pot all the ingredients except the lemon and fresh cream

Put the instant pot in quick cooking 10min

Add the juice of 1/2 lemon and a cup of fresh cream

Stir
