Lamb shank with honey, balsamic vinegar and white beans

 2 shank of lamb
 4 cloves of garlic
 1 minced onion
 1 can 400 gr white beans
 1 tbsp veal stock
 2 tbsp of honey
 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
 200 ml water

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the meat 10 mn

Add the minced onion and brown 2 minutes more

Stop the browning mode

Add the honey and vinegar

Caramelize

Add the water and veal stock

Add the garlic

Put the instant pot in quick cooking or under pressure 25 minutes

At the end of cooking add the beans

Keep warm 5 minutes
