4 skank of lamb

4 handfuls of frozen carrots in slices

1 tbsp cumin

100 ml chicken broth

2 tbsp liquid honey

A little butter

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the lamb in the butter

Add the carrots, broth, cumin, and honey

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 25min
