This is another way to prepare your pork roast in an Asian style. To start with, you marinate the meat in some tasty spices for a few hours. Then, you cook it with the sauce from the marinade. You will have some really tasty and flavored meat.

 600 g pork fillet mignon
 6 tbsp soy sauce
 4 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp cider vinegar
 1 tbsp . ginger powder
 1 small cup of water
 Salt, pepper

Mix all the ingredients and macerate for 4 hours

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the filet mignon

Pour the sauce

Add a small glass of water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
