This an Asian recipe of chicken pieces with a great sauce. A lot of spices and a couple of yogurts will cover the chicken. It should be delicious and full of flavors.

Indian chicken with coco and tandoori

 1 chicken of 1kg in pieces
 4 cloves of garlic crushed
 2 plain Greek yogurts
 4 tbsp tandoori powder
 2 lemon juice
 3 tbsp olive oil
 100 ml coconut milk
 500 ml water
 Salt, pepper

In a bowl mix the garlic, yogurts, tandoori and lemon

Put the chicken in the bowl and coat them well with the sauce

Leave to marinate all night (12h minimum)

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken in the oil

Add the coconut milk mixed with water and the marinade

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 13min

Serve with a rice pilaf made with the instant pot
