This is a more complex recipe to prepare but the result will be a delicious complete dish. You will mix a lot of vegetables with meat and have a nice sauce with red wine.

Hungarian goulash revisited by Joel Robuchon

 1.50 kg very tender beef cut into pieces and floured
 1 kg potatoes cut into pieces
 2 green peppers cut into thin strips
 3 large onions finely chopped
 4 fresh tomatoes peeled and chopped
 2 tbsp tomato concentrate
 2 tbsp garlic powder
 2 tbsp paprika
 2 tsp cumin
 2 tbsp chopped parsley
 5 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp lard
 1 cup red wine
 400 ml beef broth
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot mode browning

Heat the oil and lard and lightly brown the onions, stirring

Add the meat and brown it

Add the tomato paste + the crushed tomatoes and the garlic

Stir

Add the paprika, Red wine and broth

Salt and pepper,

Add cumin and parsley

Add peppers

Mix

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min

Add potatoes and restart quick cooking 15 minutes
