How about making a batch of homemade tomato sauce with some ripe tomatoes from the garden? You can put it up in bottles for the winter. The following recipe has plenty of spices and herbs to be delicious.

 3.50 kg of tomatoes
 ½ onion, minced
 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  Rosemary
  Basil
 Salt, pepper
 6 pieces of sugar
 Olive oil

Put the tomatoes in 50cl of water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min

Once the cooking is finished, put the tomatoes in cold water to be able to remove the skin

Cut the other tomatoes in 2

Wipe the vat and put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the tomatoes cut in 2 and the onion

Put all the ingredients in the vat

Switch the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

Mix everything
