 4 large peppers
 600 ml semi-thick cream
 5 frozen hake fillets
 1 chorizo (hot or mild)

Cook the peppers in the steam basket in quick cooking 10min with 200ml water

Mix the peppers and chorizo

Add a little cream and remix

Put the fish in the steam basket in quick cooking 5min with 200ml water

Empty and dry the tank

Put the mixture and the fish in the tank

Put the instant pot in simmering mode 10min
