This is a more traditional recipe with ground steak and potatoes. Tomatoes will make the sauce. You could also use some fresh tomatoes. The result will be a sturdy dish.
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the potatoes 5min
Add the other ingredients except the sauce thickener
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min
Add the sauce thickener at the end of cooking for a more unctuous sauce
