Gaspacho (cold soup) of shrimps and fennel

Cold soup is popular in Spain and elsewhere as well. Here, you prepare your soup with shrimps, carrots, fennel, some herbs, and liquids. It will taste very good on hot summer days.

 500 g cooked shrimps, chopped
 120 g carrots, chopped
 1 celery sprig chopped
 2 small tomatoes, chopped into cubes
 160 g fennel, diced
 2 tbsp ketchup
 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 900 ml Water
 Salt, pepper

Place water, shrimp, tomatoes, carrots and celery in the tank

Start cooking under pressure for 5 minutes

Filter the juice

Let cool and mix with the fennel

Seasoning

Place in the fridge
