This is another refreshing cold soup for summer days. You prepare it with cucumber and other ingredients. Everything gets mix up and put in the fridge for cooling.

Gaspacho (cold soup) of cucumber

 2 peeled cucumbers seeded in slices
 2 slices of bread crumbs
 10 leaves of mint
 ¼ lemon juice
 2 wrap up small cheeses
 1 clove of garlic
 450 ml water
 2 tbsp sugar
 6 drops of Tabasco

In the tank of the instant pot put water, cucumber, garlic, bread crumbs, salt

Put in pressure cooking 3min

Mix with all the other ingredients

Serve well cold
