Frog legs are pretty popular in Europe. In that recipe, you just cook them in some butter with some parsley. They are just perfect to eat that way.

Frog legs

 12 frog legs
 2 cloves of garlic and parsley
 60 g butter for cooking
 100 g flour
 ¼ l milk
 Salt, pepper

Thaw frog legs

Soak them in milk 30min

Dry them and put them in a freezer bag filled with flour

Put the legs in a colander to remove excess flour

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Make the frog legs brown in a little butter 5min on each side

Add the minced parsley

Continue in mode browning 1min

Put them on some absorbent paper before eating
