Fried veal with chorizo sausage

 800 g veal stew
 1 onion, minced
 1 clove of garlic, minced
 1 shallot, minced
 ½ sweet chorizo in rings
 1 cup of tomato sauce or pulp
 1 jar of olives
 1 tbsp fresh cream
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion, shallot, and garlic

Flour the meat before browning

Add all the other ingredients except the cream

Switch to pressure cooking mode 25min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream
