This is a good recipe for a light supper. After frying the potatoes, you cover them with slices of special cheese and let it melt. A few spices on top and a salad to accompany the dish would be perfect.

 4 potatoes in small cubes
 ½ package of bacon bits
 6 slices of raclette cheese

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Fry the bacon with the potatoes

At the end of cooking, add the cheese

Close the instant pot to let the cheese melt
