This is a Carbonara style preparation with a special touch. An ingredient that is not seen often will be added to the recipe. It's some red pesto. We are more used to green pesto. The red one will give color to the dish.

 100 g of bacon
 1 minced onion
 2 tbsp fresh cream
 350 g tagliatelle
 350 ml water
 1 tbsp pesto rosso
 1 cup of broth of your choice

Set the instant pot to browning mode

Brown the bacon and onion

Add the cream and tagliatelle, water with the bouillon, and pesto

Put the instant pot to cooking mode under pressure 4min
