 1 pork filet mignon of 700g
 150 g goose liver block
 Salt, pepper
 200 ml fresh cream
 A little butter

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Make the filet mignon brown in a little butter

Take it out and set aside

Melt the goose liver in the cream in

Put the filet mignon back

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 15min
