You have picked some chanterelles while walking in the forest! A good recipe for using them is the pork roast you have here. You just mix them up with your meat and some Porto before cooking everything.

 1 pork tenderloin
 80 ml Port
 1 minced onion
 150 ml vegetable stock
 Salt, pepper
 1 bag frozen or fresh chanterelle

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the tenderloin with the onion for a few minutes

Add the port

Wait until it boils and, add the vegetable stock and chanterelles
