Here is another way to present pork roast with a special taste. You mix the meat with some ginger biscuit and potatoes. The ginger will confer a unique taste to the dish.

Fillet mignon, ginger biscuit and Elodie’s potatoes

 1 filet mignon
 3 shallots
 2 tsp ginger biscuit paste
 6 biscuit reduced to pieces
 150 ml liquid cream
 200 ml water
 7 potatoes cut into pieces

Put the instant pot in mode browning with a little oil

Brown the filet mignon on all sides and the shallots

Add the rest of the ingredients

Mix

Cook for 15 minutes under pressure or quick cooking
