Why don’t you try the fillet mignon with a Mediterranean touch? It is a rather simple recipe where you just add some olives to the pork, bacon, and cream. The sauce will be delicious.

 1 fillet mignon of pork
 100 ml white wine
 150 ml broth
 200 ml cream
 1 package of bacon
 15 green olives
 1 tbsp cornstarch

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the fillet with the bacon

Pour in the white wine

Leave in brown mode until the alcohol evaporates

Add the broth

Add the cream

Add the cornstarch

Put in quick cooking 15min
