This is another favorite with pork roast and some tasty cheese. After browning the meat, you just add some cream and Roquefort to give a unique flavor to your dish

Fillet mignon and Roquefort

 2 fillets mignons
 1 onion, minced
 250 ml white wine
 250 ml fresh cream
 150 g Roquefort cheese, cut into pieces
 Oil
 1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in a little water

Brown the onion in a little oil

Brown the pork tenderloins

Deglaze with white wine

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min

Add the fresh cream and Roquefort

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

At the end of the cooking, go to browning mode, add the diluted cornstarch and stir until the sauce thickened
