Sauerkraut can also be prepared with raw cabbage. The cooling will be a little longer but the taste will be great. You can add some juniper berry to give it a unique flavor.

Elodie’s sauerkraut

 1.50 kg raw sauerkraut
 1 garlic sausage in slices
 6 potatoes peeled and whole
 6 smoked sausages
 6 slices of bacon
 1 Morteau sausage cut in slices
 mustard (optional)
 200 ml dry white wine
 100 ml water

Put all the ingredients in the instant pot

Cook 25 minutes in quick cooking or under pressure
