This is another version of mixing eggplants with meat if you are a fan of them. The sauce with the good Italian cheese covering the eggplants is going to give it a really nice taste that will please your family.
Peel, seed and cut the eggplants into cubes
Put them to cook according to the "eggplant" mode
Mince the onion
Mix in a bowl the minced meat with the sausage meat, garlic and parsley
Put your oven to preheat to 200° in gratin mode if possible
When the eggplants are cooked, reserve them
Empty the water from the bowl
Put in mode browning
Add the onions with the bacon in a little olive oil
Allow to brown for 5 minutes
Add eggplants and tomato, stir well
Add parmesan cheese, stir well
Cook for 2min.
Put the preparation in a gratin dish
Cover with gruyère and leave to brown for as long as you like in the oven.
