Get together with your weight watchers friends and fix that nice summer dish. The mix up between beef and eggplants are going to smell good and taste even better.

 700 g eggplant in pieces
 500 g ground beef at 5% mg
 1 tbsp olive oil
 400 g canned tomato pulp
 1 cube vegetable broth (Mediterranean or other)
 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
 Salt, pepper

Put the eggplants in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water

Cook in pressure cooking mode 6min

At the end of cooking, empty the pan and reserve the eggplants

Switch the instant pot in brown mode

Fry the meat in the oil

Salt, pepper

Add the eggplant, tomato, broth and, parmesan cheese

Switch the instant pot in pressure cooking 3min
