Duo of aperitif dips

Aperitifs are always a nice way to meet your friends for some friendly chat. In that recipe, you prepare two types of dips. One with sweet potatoes and the other one with peas and Japanese horseradish.

 200 g peeled sweet potato cubes
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 2x 30 g. butter
 1 tbsp Cumin
 200 g frozen peas
 200 g Japanese horseradish paste
 Salt

Pour 20 cl of water into the bowl

Add the peas

Place the steam basket

Fill it with the sweet potato cubes

Start cooking under pressure for 5 minutes

Mix the sweet potatoes

Mix the lemon juice, cumin, salt and butter

Mix the peas, Japanese horseradish, salt and butter

Put it in the refrigerator
