This is a light recipe of ducks with a South Eastern touch. Get together with your weight watchers friends and fix that good dish with some tasty spices and some plums. It should be absolutely delicious.

Duck with plums in a tajine style

 4 pieces of duck (legs or drumsticks)
 12 plums
 1 tsp turmeric
 ½ tsp ginger
 ½ cumin
 2 tsp coriander
 2 tsp raz el hanout
 1 tsp honey
 100 ml orange juice
 100 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Brown the duck without fat starting from the skin side

Remove the duck and the excess fat, keep the equivalent of 1 CS

Fry the chopped onions in the duck fat

Add the spices, orange juice, and water

Put the duck pieces back under pressure 15 min.

Add the plums and cook under pressure 5 min.
