 250 g Duck hearts 2 cans
 2 cans of Parisian vegetables
 70 ml water
 1 tbsp poultry stock
 1 tbsp garlic & parsley
 Duck fat
  Salt & pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In the duck fat brown the hearts for 3 minutes

Stop the browning mode

Add all the ingredients

Pass the instant pot in quick cooking 2 minutes
