This is a refreshing combination of meat and vegetable. In springtime, when asparagus are plentyfull, you may want to try that recipe. You combined the two together in a rich sauce.

Duck breast, asparagus and pepper

 2 duck breasts
 50 ml cognac
 150 ml poultry broth
 15 g crushed green pepper
 150 ml liquid cream
 15 g butter
 2 tbsp sauce thickener
 20 green asparagus
 Salt

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Cut the fat off the duck breast

Brown them 3min on each side

Reserve

Deglaze with cognac

Add the broth, salt, pepper, cream, butter, and sauce

Stir until thickened

Reserve

Put the breast with 10cl of water and asparagus

Cook under pressure 4min

Serve sliced duck breast covered with sauce
