The difference in that recipe will be the sauce. You will prepare your duck in the usual way before adding a lot of pepper to the sauce. If you have time, you may crunch your own fresh pepper.

Duck breast and pepper sauce

 2 duck breasts
 2 tbsp ground pepper
 3 tbsp veal stock
 400 ml liquid cream
 Salt

Put the instant pot in mode browning

At the end of the preheating, place the duck breasts on the skin side

Make them brown for 6min

Turn the duck breasts over and put them back 6min more

Remove the duck breasts and reserve

Reserve the fat from the vat (do not rinse it)

In a bowl, mix the cream with the pepper and veal stock

Put the instant pot back in mode browning

Pour the contents of the bowl

Salt

Stir until thickened

Put the breasts back 1 min in the sauce

You can keep the fat to brown the potatoes accompanying the duck
