Spaghetti squash is an interesting vegetable. When opened the flesh looks like spaghetti. Mixing it with potato and carrot will help the texture and make it more smooth.

1 spaghetti squash peeled and cut into piece

2 carrots in slices

1 potato in pieces

1 cube of bouillon

½ tsp curry

Salt

100 ml liquid cream

Put all the ingredients in the tank except the cream

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

Mix with the liquid cream
