Cream of mushrooms

Here is popular soup of mushrooms. It's easy and fast to prepare and usually very good. In that version, the mushrooms are cooked in wine before being mix with cream.

500 g mushrooms cut into pieces

330 ml liquid cream

1 onion and/or shallots minced

250 ml white wine

50 g butter

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the butter and onions in the bowl

When the onions are transparent, add the mushrooms

Brown the mushrooms 5 min

Add the white wine, salt, and pepper

Switch to the instant pot in quick cooking 10 min

In the end, add the cream and put back in brown mode a few minutes
