Potatoes and leeks make a wonderful soup. The texture is really good and the taste perfect. In the following recipe, apart from potato and leek, you add garlic, some herbs, and a little cream. Should be delicious.

Cream of leeks

 4 leek whites in slices
 1 clove of chopped garlic
 1 large potato in cube
 1 bunch of chives
 1 l of water
 100 ml of white wine
 200 ml of liquid cream
 A little bit of butter
  Salt, pepper

In the tank of the instant pot, put all the ingredients except the cream

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min

At the end of the cooking, mix with the cream
