Cream of green asparagus

 800 g green asparagus in a jar
 1 shallots, minced
 3 small potatoes, minced
 1 tbsp veal stock
 500 ml water
 2 tbsp fresh cream
 Parsley sprigs

Put all ingredients in the instant pot except cream and parsley

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min

At the end of the cooking mix in the fresh cream

Sprinkle with parsley when ready to serve
