This is another version of carrot soup. Actually, you can be very creative with that type of dish. You can add spices, herbs to alter the taste of it. In that recipe, you have curry and cumin among other ingredients.

Cream of carrots with cumin

 1 kg carrots peeled and cut into pieces
 ½ tbsp curry
 ½ tbsp cumin
 200 ml liquid cream
 1 potato peeled and cut into pieces
 1 onion peeled and cut into 4
 750 ml water
 20 g butter
 Salt

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion for 10 minutes

Add the carrot and potato pieces

Fry for 5 minutes more

Add the spices, salt, and water

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 20 minutes

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream and mix
