Everybody is familiar with the béchamel sauce. you can use it to cover vegetables, meats, or make a gratin. Very simple and quick with butter, flour, and milk.

Cream béchamel

 40 g butter in pieces
 40 g flour
 ½ l milk
 Salt, pepper
 Nutmeg (Optional)

Set instant pot in mode browning

Add butter

Once the butter has melted add flour

Stir until the cream is thick

Add salt, pepper, and spice
