Couscous with beef meatballs

Meatballs are very popular. You can add anything you want to the meatball mixture. In that recipe, you mix a lot of tasty spices with the meat before cooking them.

 700 g beef meatballs
 200 g couscous semolina
 2 onions
 2 garlic cloves
 1 tbsp grated ginger
 3 tbsp cumin
 3 tbsp ras el hanout
 1 cubed beef stock defatted
 250 ml water
 Oil
 Salt, pepper

In the tank put the semolina

Cover with water and a little salt

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

Remove the semolina and set aside

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions with a little oil

Add the meatballs and brown them

Melt the cube in 250ml hot water, add crushed garlic, spices, salt, and pepper to the water

Put the broth with the meatballs

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 4min

If the sauce is too liquid add cornstarch
