If your favorite is coconut, you really want to try that recipe. You will mix milk, coconut and sugar and transformed it in a cream. It is that simple and it should taste delicious.

6 ramekins

750 ml milk

55 g cornstarch

60 g coconut

80 g sugar

200 ml liquid cream

In the tank mix the cornstarch with the milk

Add the sugar and coconut.

In brown mode thicken the cream

When the cream is thick, add the liquid cream and whip again

Put in ramekins

Let cool before putting in the fridge
