The soft creamy cheese Mascarpone is often used in a dessert. In that case, you mix it up with chocolate, sugar, and eggs. Depending on the duration of cooking, you will have a more or less soft cake.

Chocolate fondant and mascarpone(soft creamy cheese)

 200 g melted dark chocolate
 75 g soft creamy cheese
 4 eggs
 75 g sugar (preferably icing sugar)

Mix all the ingredients

Place in a mold that fits into the steam basket of the instant pot

Film

Put the steam basket that contains the mold in the tank of the instant pot with 200ml of water

Bake under pressure 20min for a very soft cake or put 25min for more consistent
