Chicken with zucchinis and mascarpone sauce

 800 g chicken fillets cut into pieces
 3 zucchinis slices
 garlic powder
 Curry powder
 A pinch of ginger
 A pinch of dried shallot
 Salt and pepper
 1 small jar of mascarpone
 150 ml water

Put the instant pot in brown mode browning

Fry the chicken with curry, garlic powder, and ginger

Add a little bit of shallot

Salt, pepper

Add the finely chopped zucchinis and water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 12min

At the end of cooking, add the mascarpone
