This is a fast and simple recipe of chicken, rice and chopped vegetables. It will be covered in a light sauce made of soft herbs cheese. A very good and healthy dish.

 5 chicken breasts of 110gr
 800 g frozen vegetable chopped
 180 g raw rice
 100 ml water
 1 cup of poultry stock
 100 ml white wine
 125 g bacon
 light soft creamy cheese with garlic and herbs
 Salt, pepper

Put the chopped vegetables (not thawed), rice, bacon cut into strips, water, white wine, and poultry stock cup in the vat

Mix everything

Put the chicken breasts on top, salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in quick cooking for 12min

At the end of cooking, take out the chicken, keep it warm

Add the soft cheese in the vat and mix everything to melt the cheese
