The following recipe is going to be delicious and sturdy. It consists of chicken pieces with potatoes, sausages, and onions. A nice combination that should please everybody.

1 Chicken cut into pieces

6 potatoes cut into pieces

2 tbsp veal stock

2 cups of water

250 ml thick fresh cream

1 red onion, minced

1 white onion, minced

150 g chorizo sausage in rings

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken, chorizo, and onion

Add the other ingredients

Salt and pepper and then mix

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 25min

At the end of the cooking, put in mode browning to thicken the sauce if necessary
