Nothing special about the following recipe if not for the fact it's a low-calorie meal. Vegetables and chicken cooked in a bouillon with some spices to enhance it.

 1 onion, minced
 4 large carrots in rings
 400 g potatoes in large cubes
 1 green and 1 red pepper in strips
 4 chicken thighs
 200 ml Mediterranean vegetable broth
 2 tbsp poultry stock
  Paprika

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and thighs

Add the vegetables

Fry a few minutes

Add the rest of the ingredients

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of the cooking if you find the sauce too liquid, switch to mode browning and add sauce thickener
