That recipe of chicken in a low calorie style is going to be slightly different. The sauce will be made of Marsala wine with mushrooms and a few other ingredients.

 2 tbsp flour
 4 chicken breasts in pieces
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
 120 ml Marsala
 6 tbsp light fresh cream
 1 can mushrooms
 1 tbsp parsley
 150 ml chicken broth
 Salt, pepper

In a box put the chicken, flour, salt, and pepper

Shake to distribute the flour evenly over the meat

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken with garlic in oil for 4 minutes

Add the Marsala, broth, mushrooms, parsley, and cream

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Salt, pepper

Thicken the sauce with sauce thickener if necessary
